Refund Policy

All courses offer a 5-minute trial before purchase. Once you've confirmed your interest, you can proceed with the purchase . After your purchase, the system will automatically push the full course content to you , or you can download the course content yourself . Your purchase is considered complete once the system pushes the full course video or the download is complete.

Refund Conditions
At XXXai, our goal is to ensure a positive learning experience. While most course purchases are non-refundable, we do accept refund requests under certain conditions and for valid reasons as outlined below.

1.1 The full course delivery is not completed after purchase ;

1.2 Duplicate payments due to payment platform issues;

Account errors occur during learning and use .

1.4 You are unable to access this course due to a technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

1.5 For orders that have already been completed , if the course content is seriously inconsistent with the promotional content , a refund can be made.

Refund Assistance
2.1 Can I cancel my order?

If your situation meets one of the conditions for a full refund ( Refund Conditions 1.1-1.5) , you can cancel this order.

2.2 . How long does it take to cancel an order?

We will process your refund within two business days, but the actual processing time depends on your payment method. Due to holidays, refund processing may take longer than expected, but will not exceed 30 days. If you have not received your refund 30 days after approval, please contact us to inquire about your refund status.

2.3 . Why haven’t I received the refund after several days?

If you have not received the refund after we have agreed to the refund, it may be due to the following reasons:

Holiday reasons
Due to holidays, banking matters and other reasons, the refund process may take up to 30 days.

Reasons for Rejecting Payment Request
If you choose to request a refund, your payment institution will freeze the funds until the request is finally approved. Please contact your bank or other relevant institution to learn about the refund process policy.

Specific refund procedures
(1) For refund orders, we will refund in the following ways:

If you paid with a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will credit the refund to your original payment card;

If you used PayPal, the refund will usually be credited to your original payment card, or in some cases, to your PayPal balance.

If you use other payment methods, please contact our customer service for refund consultation.

PS: Please note that refunds placed on a Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

(2) How to apply for a refund: Log in to your account, click support, and attach the relevant order information, or send an email to us (hyu038755@gmail.com) via the registered email address. The email must clearly state the reason for the refund, as well as the order and payment information. We will reply within 2 working days after reviewing it.
